Our reputation is very important to us and our customers. Although we offer personalization and custom requests, there are reasons your order may not be fulfilled.

Trademark/Copyright Infringement

Unless the customer holds the rights, personalization and custom order requests with someone else’s trademark or copyrighted items will not be accepted. This includes but is not limited to company names, sports teams, famous names, tag lines, and images.

Company Standard

Order requests with words or phrases containing explicit or vulgar language, or anything which may be considered rude, obscure, aggressive, obscene, diminishing, harsh, or offensive, will not be fulfilled. This is not consistent with who we are or how we want to portray our brand.
